STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS FRANCHISE... They collect rent off tentants and then sometimes take a aweful longtime to release it to the landlord. Also in some cases they do not pay their fees. I would not have dealt with these people if I had any idea what sort of cow boy outfit I was getting involved with. I have had tentants tell me that they have given out sets of keys to workmen without consulting me or the tentants. BEWARE ALL LAND LORDS AND TENANTS!!! DONT BE FOOLED
