Ordered shoes six weeks ago and still waiting! I am now being given the run around, No one answers the phone and after several emails I have finally had a a couple of "we will look into this and get back to you" responses and now my purchase/order info has been deleted from my account on their site, the same day I informed them that I would like a refund?
