I have recently returned an item I purchased for £11.99 and £7.99pp,as it was broken on receipt. The item was originally delivered by a courier. Due to the fact that it weighed under 3KG they would not let me return via the courier. They stated it would cost me £9.72 to return and I was to return it first class recorded delivery. They further stated they would reimburse the cost of the item, which was £11.99, and the £9.72 postage to to return it. I received an email from them two days ago stating that they had received it back and they were reimbursing the £11.99 for the item and the £7.99, the cost of the original pp -NOT the £9.72 I paid to send it back.So a broken returned item has actually cost me £9.72!! I won't be buying anything again from this channel and would warn others as regards their returns policy.
