Earlier this month I ordered a set of vertical blinds, from DirectBlinds which were delivered on the date quoted, but despite correct paperwork details (actually attached to the rail), not split stack as ordered.
A promptly answered call, and no quibble they promised and delivered a replacement rail-set, again with me on the date quoted.
Anyone can make a mistake and as it was dealt with so well I ordered 3 more sets on 20Nov. They arrived to time on 25Nov, exactly as ordered, easily fitted, and I'm very pleased with them and to have found a company with such good service!
They arrived well packed and with good quality and optional fittings.
The vanes came ready weighted and linked (unlike a Vertical-Blinds-Direct set I bought). They also close flat when they are rotated fully in either direction (The V-B-D set only close fully in one direction).
I am happily recommending them to friends.
