Comments:

Their website states they use state of the art equipment. Certainly not state of the art or could even be classified as a clinic in my option.
On arrival at the building which is an office block, there's a white a4 sheet of paper with the company name sellotaped to a door saying for entry please telephone ....... I phoned and was told that someone would be down to open the door, I waited 10 mins before someone appeared. No sparkly clinic or upmarket city clinic, only a cold dark office block. The very small office room was located on the 6th floor. On entry there was an old office desk with a hand written appointments book with doodles and scribbles all over it, empty cans of coke on the desk and overflowing bags of rubbish tied up (the white rubbish bags were full of kitchen roll and syringes) There was no sparkly clinic to be seen anywhere. There were 2 screens and behind them were 2 treatments beds and more rubbish bags lying under an old school desk, that was it, no other furniture or sink or running water for that matter.

I was asked to read a disclaimer and info sheet about the treatment and when I asked if I should sign it the young lady said that she that's in out and that the master. The young lady then asked me a few questions about my health, allergies, medicines etc and scribbled my answers down on the appointments book next to my name and some more doodling! I was shown through the screen and asked to lie down on the table next to a bin overspilling with rubbish (more kitchen roll). The young lady proceeded to put mouth retainers into my mouth, first impressions when she picked them up were that they looked rather dirty, then when she put them in my mouth I realised they were dirty, the smell was horrid, by this point I am unable to speak to protest. Gel was applied and I was left for 30 mins. After the treatment i saw very little difference to be honest if any change at all!  Just before the young lady removed the mouth retainers she dropped something on the floor and picked it up with the same surgical gloves that she then used to remove the dirty mouth retainer.  As I was leaving I watched as she prepared for the next arrival, she took a piece of dry kitchen roll and wiped the dirty mouth retainer and placed it back on the table. Before I left I was shown an after care sheet which again I wasnt allowed a copy as they had run out!

All in all a horrid experience and certainly nothing like they portray on their website!

I also had a rather unpleasant experience at Monaco Smile Clinic. See my separate blagger.

This is not a “clinic” by any stretch of the imagination and certainly not a “state of the art clinic” as their website claims.
I had an appointment at 6pm and wasn’t acknowledged by any staff of the MSC until 30 minutes after I arrived and then wasn’t taken for my appointment until 6.50pm. I was taken to a small office with a desk and a partition to separate it from 2 beds with tooth whitening lamps.
No one gave me a “personal estimate” of how white my teeth would be. No “expert” – or anyone else – checked my mouth and gums to make sure I was suitable for the procedure and it wasn’t started until 7.40pm – more than 1 and a half hours after my appointment time.
At no point did anyone take my name or check that I had an appointment and/or that I had paid. I was told there were “no guarantees” that it would make my teeth whiter, which is always nice for a teeth whitening company!!
The process, although making my teeth slightly lighter – according to the woman, I don’t see too much difference! – is not worth the £59 I paid for it and certainly not worth the £400 full price.
It is NOT a clinic, it is NOT ran by professionals and I would NOT waste any money on it.
