Their response to me, confirming they cannot delivery the goods, 5 enquiries for 4 properties (contact me and I will send the original email):
You received 5 enquiries through so I agree it’s not enough. At the time you did only pay £25 per property which is less than any other advert we have done. It’s not meant as an insult to you or any other existing customers it’s something that has recently been introduced.
No offer of a refund or extension of advertising, they just want more money for a useless service.
If you are thinking of advertising your holiday property here, forget it, they promise the earth and delivery nothing. I paid and posted 4 properties and have had 3 enquiries in total in the last year. Now they offer a minimum of 20 enquiries, but for new customers only! Don't waste your time and money with this lot.
