"I bought a Groupon deal through these guys for alloy wheel refurbishment and dropped my car off, the next thing I have a call saying it is going to coast an extra £30 per wheel taking the cost up to £200! I queried this and they reduced it to 170. I went to pick up my car and there was no one on the premises at all for 20 minutes in which time a large queue had built behind me. I paid in full for the work and requested the details of the owner of the garage as I would be intending to claim back these extra charges as the T's & C's on the offer I bought mentioned nothing about the price hike. The guy behind the counter started shoutiung and screaming at me in front of 5 - 6 other customers, 3 of whom took their cars and left after witnessing the owners conduct. Eventually it developed from a shouting match to something quite nasty where the owner threw a set of car keys at my face which weren't even mine! He was screaming to get out and wouldn't give me the keys to my car i think he expected to drive off in someone elses. After being called every name under the sun, seeing poor quality and tatty workmanship I contacted Groupon straight away and informed them what a poor reflection this business was on them. They seemed quite horrified and stated that it's unlikely to be selected as a deal again. There was not one person in there for the 1st half an hour that spoke fluent English, including the owner himself - a tall guy, grubby looking guy with thick black hair. Do not use this garage unless unless you are happy to receive bad quality work, numerous insults and probably assaulted as well
