Comments:

I have used Dabs before and have recommended them to friends BUT never again. My last attempt at ordering from them was a complete disaster.
Placed order on 24/04/2011 but after 2 weeks nothing was happening. When I conacted them they said they were waiting on some parts.
Tried to change the order on line to remove out of stock parts, but they system would not let me.
Phoned up to cancel the whole order, seemed to work.
A few days later got a load of emails saying oder shipped, order returned, I assumed this was to do with the cancellation process.
Even though the goods were never shipped, on 14/05/2011 the money was taken from my account.
Emailed them to find out what was happening was told the refund was being processed.
After a week no refund so I again emailed them and escalated to one of there managers, and this went on untill on until 04/06/2011 when I got my money back.
Now on 10/06/2011 they have taken £25.00 from my account and I have started the complaint process all over again.

I've not had any issues previously, but DABS have recently sent out an item after I had cancelled it multiple times using their online system and sent them emails to confirm. All this after waiting about 3 weeks for the item to arrive back in stock, by which time I had changed the item and the new one is out of stock and I've been waiting again.

I can't even use the system to get an RMA number to return the original board, I've had no replies to any emails for days and after calling their number and being kept on hold for ages and being charged for the call without even speaking to anyone (a number of times), I have to say I am not impressed with the level of service (lack of) that I am experiencing.

I would have been better paying a little more and using one of the other well known vendors.

I think their Dabs Value range is really good value for money - the picture is crystal clear.
I had a few technical questions but they were more than willing to help - great customer service and some cheap bargains to be had.
