I used this company 18 months ago, i am 68 years old and from ther beginning to the end i felt i was bullied by the owners Alex and James, i wish i had never met these people, i have found out since i paid £1000,s of pounds more then i needed to if io had used another company, i would never ever use or reccomend any body else to use this company, Over priced, work not up to standard, owners rude and bullys.
I am a 67 year old lady living by myself. Last year i needed some work on my garden and phoned a few local comapanies, i decided on New forest Landscapes to do the work,What a big mistake that was, from the beginning things went wrong, Alex and James the owners were not intersted in anything i asked, i felt i was bullied into paying the final money when i was not happy with the work.
Never use them please
I had work done to my garden by this company, the quality of work was not up to the standard i paid for, plants died soon after the work was completed and paid for. I have tried to complain to the two directors James and Alex, the response i get is rude and unhelpful, Alex has told me that as far as they are concerned they have my money so its tough, I have found my dealings with this company unprofessional and shoddy workmanship, i would advise everybody never to deal with this so called company as you will end up out of pocket.
I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company, I spent over £60,000 having my front abd back garden designed and landscaped,( this was their biggest ever project which i found out later) the workmen were a nice group of lads who worked hard and were polite,everything seemed good until they got close to the finish whereupon everything seemed rushed, the 2 directors Alex and James are the two most unprofessional people i have ever come across, Alex lies about everything and James is just plain rude, towards the end they were telling me about a problem they had with a another customer who was threatening to take them to court, Alex then went on to say that he was a Mason and would use his contacts to make sure the customer got nothing, Unbelievable, I could go on about problems with the finish but would bore you all i will say is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I wish now i had found a proper professional company to do the work, my dealings with them has been stressful.
