Boss Only prepared to deal with damage to my possessions AFTER I had blogged
Used this company in March ,still waiting for matter to be resolved .
Worst removal experience ..for the actual removal maybe a 5 but for the atrocious behaviour and runaround thereafter...less than 0
Honey tongued prior to getting your business ,making you all the sweet -lipped promises ..then the bite!
Damaged an expensive Tom Kirk lighting ,a video machine , microwave and Venetian Lamp and other item worth about £2000-3000.
Scatched furniture and walls , which they state they take no responsibility for -it's in their T&C's
Did not contact me .I had to maintain contact and updates as no follow-up calls ..nada.!
Tried to fob me off with empty promises and sending his henchman/removal guys around .
Stated Insurance company to pay ,then stated boss will pay from own pocket ,then stated Insurance to pay .
Moorhouse Insurance is their Insurance Company -still waiting for them to pay
.Waiting now 4months .
Called Moorhouse -they state they know nothing .
Wonder if Moorhouse Insurance also part of this fiasco ?
Insurance excess up to £30 000,I pay£400 excess.
Anyone with info regarding same -did not know customer must pay so much excess claim ..anyone in the know ..please advise .
Wish I could charge for the inconvenience , lies and stress they put me through .
Here's a thought -perhaps they are delaying till I give up .
So ..Now they say they will pay about £700.00 but will deduct £400.as excess for the Insurance claim .wow , they are neat hustlers!!!
DO NOT USE !!!SAVE YOURSELF THE STRIFE
