Really great service from this company. I ordered some Birkenstocks in April because they were the cheapest - the delivery time for the free service was quoted at 5-6 weeks and the shoes arrived in two and a half weeks. I read some negative comments on this site and ordered some more on 14th July with some trepidation - the free delivery service was quoted at 6-8 weeks. The shoes have just arrived today 7th August. Well pleased! Thanks Jestel. Will order again.
I will NEVER order from this company again. The company has ZERO customer service they do not answer e-mails or their contact forms on their site. I have contacted them around 15 times with no reply. In addition to this there is no PHONE number to contact them they provide is false. Very dodgy company indeed. I have been waiting for my birkenstocks for such a long time even though I paid an additional 33 euros for the express airmail option and still the shoes have not arrived in the promised 10 days. I have sent a letter to the Bonn Police. I wonder how much longer I will have to wait. This is my first fiasco with online shopping I would not have expected this from a German company. If they are not going to work properly why do they even bother. Shame such a shame.
I have ordered from this company once before and had no problems, even recommended the site to friends and they received their orders promptly.
But tis time, when I ordered 3 pairs only one arrived and 2 are still missing. The order was placed back in April, and I have already filled out 2 forms to check order status plus an email but none have been replied. The phone number that's posted here seems to no longer be in use. Does anybody have any suggestions?? Is it better to call the credit card company and cancel the order?
