Very disappointed with the service (if that can be called service at all)
Booked the collection 3 days in advance. They gave me 3 hours gap (2-5pm) to wait for them. I had to miss the job, obviously loose the money, just to be there. So I've been at home for half an hour before the time and half an hour longer just in case, noone turned up.
I called the office the next day. The lady said driver came at 2minutes before 5, which is definitely not true. Then she gave me the name of my landlord, saying that lady said there wasnt any collection booked. Firstly if they wd come in time, there wdnt be any problem, secondly-if they at least say who was it for-she would call me straight away.
When I asked the office if they can do it next day during an hour and a half gap, she said no. No apology, nothing.
I'll wont use the company again and wdnt recommend it to anyone.
