Well this problem i have with them started on the 25/09/2010. I ordered a prepaid card and inserted all my details to the internet (username/password)only for me to forget what they were.As i were unable to recall my details,i phoned said bank and asked if they could retrieve my details so i could make changes to my account.The first phone call a woman answered and i explained my problem,she asked if she could take down my details and someone would phone me back within the hour,so 18 phone calls and 6 days later im still waiting on the phonecall back from them. I phoned them today and was told the same "all our colleagues are busy with customers at the moment and someone will ring u back within the hour". I asked if i could speak to a manager and was told "we dont have the facility for the general public to speak to our manager" so i asked if i could speak to a supervisor and was told "theyre busy"... seems this company are so very busy that they dont have time to call you back at anytime,but upon u calling them they stick to a script,theres just no winning with this bank,and theyre customer services dept are useless,theyre all a bunch of morons....dont waste your time with this bank.
