They dont tell you that labour costs you £59.93 after 12 months only the parts are guaranteed for 10 years, this is a pain when you have to pay just for an engineer to come out. My door fitted 5 yrs ago now looks so old that it needs replacing obviously the quality was not meant to last the 10 yrs. Will wait and see what the engineer says when he comes out in 2 weeks.
