hi again i have posted 5 messages now about this unsavoury company instyle but only 2 have been put on the site i would like to inform people of their extremley bad service and their terrible quality of their sofas if you pay in foll you have no chance of getting anywhere if your sofas develop faults as they can lose the odd good paying customer as there are plenty more going through their doors please be aware they are not part of the furniture ombudsman scheme i wonder why? please keep away from them
this company has destroyed my faith in fairplay they refuse to answer letters customer service susan gray gets your sofas in for repair under the guise of gesture of goodwill then attemps to repair it to the unsatisfactory level of balloon like hardness and then writes to you telling you that you requested a change of specification to your £2900 milano sofas its just laughable please dont go near this company they will do the same to you if anyone wants to contact me please do i think all who have been treated in this manner should form a self help group
