My heart sinks and I reach for the Valium whenever I know that I need to talk to anyone in Customer Service, Sales or Tech Support. Much as I love the Indian people, when it comes to providing any sort of customer service, of actually (a) understanding what it is you are asking and (b) being able to intelligently articulate a reasoned and accurate response then they are still in the Stone Age. If you hear of a man slitting his wrists then you'll know it was me having just made one call to many to Demon.
