Just for your info, and hopefully to clear things up from Marks point of view, I am one of his best mates in Thailand and the reason he didnt help you is becauase he died aged 35. sorry you got ripped off.
Started renting with Roberts in 2003. A few months later we received repeated letters stating that the mortgage had not been paid. Roberts claimed that it was an clerical error on the part of the Landlords bank. They kept this story up untill months later we recieved a 28 day evivtion order. Roberts were very obstructive, then decided that they should keep hold of our deposit of £975 even though the landlord no longer owned the house! They didnt return our calls and in frustration i asked to speak to one of the directors. He PROMISED he would phone me by 11am the next day which he did not. He would not respond to my repeated calls and eventually got an office junior to phone me back.... COWARD!
Thanks to the landlord (Mr Mark Redgrift, now living in Thailand!) and Roberts Property Solutions, we are over £1000 out of pocket!
I requested some details over the phone which they sent to the wrong address, then they didn't return my phone calls or emails regarding properties to let on their website. This company is very unprofessional and I dread to think how they treat you AFTER you've handed over your hard earned cash!!
