I bought a pair of Lacoste shoes from JD's and after 2 months the Soul came out and when I went back for exchange they said it will go for Inspection and will take 7 days afetr 7 days when I went the Manager rather than helping me showed me the Cust Care No on the Receipt and He was rude. As i have done a mistake by asking them a solution for my problem. When I called Cust Care they said it's Wear and Tear so NO refund or exchange.
They totally SUCK. I would never ever go their SICK stores and would never suggest anyone as my Friends also had many problems with JD's.
