I have flown with British Airways on a number of occasions. What I find astonishing is the lack of consistency! I have flown times with great customer service, great entertainment and great food. Other times it can be truly awful!
Recently on a flight to New York I found the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful, queues were atrocious and my table was broken so I had to eat my on flight meal on my lap (no help from staff either...)
