I have used them in the past and have had no reason to complain, but my recent experience takes the biscuit. I ordered pre-Xmas and they then notified me that they would not be able to deliver - at this point I cancelled and they promised a refund in 72 hours. So far so good. 6 weeks later I have no refund - they claim that the good was dispatched 2 days after I cancelled it and as it had not arrived with me they needed to open an investigation with the Royal Mail. They anticipated that this would close 2 weeks ago but still ongoing. Apparently there process does not allow them to issue a refund until the investigation concludes. They accept that I should not be held to ransom, the fact that they dispatched the item two days after my cancellation is not my fault, but they are still unable to provide a refund. It stinks.....
