Kritzler is acting for an adjoining owner under the party wall etc act. They have very very slow information flow as well as poor poor communication. Appointments are rearranged, letters are sent informing that further letters will follow shortly; letters refer to enclosures that do not exist and require another letter to be sent with the enclosure in. When there is something that needs to be agreed, it is not uncommon for it to take 2 weeks via the exchange of 3 or 4 letters when usually just a telephone call will do!

It appears that Kritzler & co aim to string things out for as long as possible sending out as many letters as they can in order to cheekily charge highly disproportionate & extortionate fee amounts even though they have provided a service that is well well below the level that an accredited firm of professional surveyors are expected to provide. Indeed avoid these people at all costs, they are not interested at all in providing an effective, efficient & honest service and are in fact out to squeeze as much money out of any situation they claim to be able to undertake…. instruct them at your peril!

They are acting for our neighbour on a party wall award. Communication is very slow, appointments are not kept and they appear to ignore the express instructions of our neighbour. The appearance is that they are purposefully dragging out the procedure, stopping our building project in the middle of its course. Any help from others in this forum how to resolve the situation would be appreciated
