Comments:

After being a member of ebay for a year and over 110 purchases, I have deregistered after speaking to customer services regarding feedback.
I left feedback which they agree with me was accurate for seller and fair and in no way infringed any policy or questionable comment.
The feedback was for a seller who I have noticed keeps having the neg feedback removed, since my incident and I know sometimes this is with buyers consent etc........but certainly with mine it was not and they have had more negs added since that give same picture as I left.

My annoyance is only through feedback do we judge who to purchase from. So ebay uk tell me that once they have removed the feedback, though they see no reason for it to be so, that it cannot be reinstated or replaced.

They said sorry and realised my frustration, according to them, but be all and end all, you cannot trust feedback on ebay uk, as you never know wether the more appropriate response to experiences may have been removed, even though entirely appropriate.

Wonder how long till ebay remove their latest neg? Seems to me if the company put more effort into customer service when things did go wrong, that they would not have negs to remove and if ebay keep removing them, then they wont change.

All i said was item did not arrive, seller refused to replace and I was made to beg for a refund through no fault of my own.

So bye bye ebay, I prefer the shops from now on where you see what you get :)
