i bought a kodak printer. in less than a month the print head needed replacing. i rang kodak & they sent a replacement. i had to replace both inks even though they were only half used. i rang kodak again as 2 of the sets of inks i had with the printer didn't fit. on taking them back to argos, they'd only replace those that were unopened, as they said i'd asked for the wrong ones. I actually only asked for the printer, & the assistant put the numbers of the inks down as being all that was in stock. nobody noticed that the code no's on the boxes weren't all the same.
I await reply from kodak.
