Same thing happened to me. They sent me 3 damaged parts worth over 300 pounds. I am trying to get a refund but they keep asking me to send the parts back at my own expense which will cost me about 100 pounds as the body parts are big.

Im taking advice on my local Trading Standards and also reported to Birmingham Trading Standards with the help of a representative lawyer Im willing to get my full refund and compensation for solicitor charges and all the hassle.

Horrible company, terrible costumer service, my suggestion would be do not argue with them over the phone as they will tell you the same thing again every time.

Send in writing and report all your movements to your lawyer and local TS office.

The parts supposed to be mint according to them arrived completely damaged and all I hear is:
They were mint when we shipped them out!

Honestly not my problem, they broke the law by not delivering goods in satisfactory conditions, as customer I was treated like rubbish and they shouldn't be trading at all. My final comment would be to buy your parts somewhere else.

AWFUL COMPANY, AWFUL STAFF AND AWFUL PARTS. Do not deal in any shape or form with this bunch of "people". You will NOT get a decent, you will NOT get a refund but you will get LIES!!! I cannot understand in this day and age of Trading Standards, Government standards and programmes such as Watchdog why this company is still in business. Easy Jap Parts is absolute RUBBISH and staffed by dishonest people. If you want to watse your money you would be better off burning your cash rather than dealing with these....things.

i am submitting a comment on behalf of easyjap parts who i deem to be of very good standing regarding the supply of jap parts, i have purchased the following in the past,
brake calipers,
starter,
alternator,
2 wishbones which were as good as new and ready for installation still with the paint on.

i have no reason to miscall Tony Khan and his team and disregard a lot of comments on this website.
delivery has always been speedy and correct components.
i will continue to use them for the forseeable future as they are genuine in my eyes.
ps i am not and have not been an employee or associated with easyjap parts, just a satisfied customer who has been doing mechanical fitting for 32 years and recognise a good supplier when i see one. good luck Tony and co.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!

I was contacted by Tony as many before after an on-line parts request. I was looking for Telescopic / Tilt adj motors for a Landcruiser Amazon. As these motors are renown for failing after 30 - 40K miles. I asked if they were tested and whether there were any signs of failure (squeaks, slow jerky movement). Tony assured me that they had been tested and were from a 40K Kilometer car (unlikely). After fitting the motors - you've guessed it they were faulty! I Contacted Tony who put me through to one of his cronies for a refund who insisted that I return them at my expense for testing.

Rather than mess around I contacted Consumer Direct and my credit card company. If you want to avoid the grief go anywhere but EJP.
