We had new windows fitted last year by this company and cannot fault the installation or the quality. However, we have subsquently been plauged by their sales staff about having a conservatory fitted. In desperation, I have spoken to a manager , twice, in an attempt to get over the message that we are not currently looking for a conservatory at the moment. Despite having been assured, twice, that he had faxed every office and told them to leave us alone, we had a call last Sunday pm fom someone at AW! I had far more important things to do last Sunday than talk to someone I didn't want to talk to, about something I don't want!
I just wonder what the next stage is if we did give in and have a conservatory; double glaze the cars? Or possibly we would be harassed into moving so that the process could start all over again?
Brilliant windows, shame about the sales staff who don't seem to understand the very simple English word 'No'! Do not go near these people if you want a quiet life afterwards..
