Comments:

do anyone know after actually having traveled and used their "vacation packet" form Summer bay resort in florida , what the amount of 895 did cover in the first place ?

How many rooms did it pay for on the travels ?
did you get problems on the travels ?
how where the Standards ? / as promised?
How much where you asked to pay - and for what?
did you i reality get a car without extra charges
or did you have to pay for it ?
Where you forced to buy things at the sales-meeting.

could anyone please possibly clear up these questions for me.

Hi everyone,
I received the call March 2005âÂ?¦.Pressed 9âÂ?¦It was this special offer, hey said through VISA credit cardsâÂ?¦ie guaranteed, no problems etcâÂ?¦£598 7 days Orlando, 3 days Daytona, 3 days Fort Lauderdale plus a bonus 3 days cruise.
They were insisting for nearly two hours. I spoke with a man calling himself George, then Kristal Lawson. At this time my husband came in and told me to put the telephone down!
Kristal said that if I did then the offer was finished and to explain to him that this was a free call. She said IâÂ?Â?ll knock £100 off the package and include 7 nights extra free holiday accommodation. Who could resist?
Then I was talking to the âÂ?Â?BossâÂ?Â? who needed my credit card details to validate that I was who I said I was!! just to be sure. What an idiot !!! WeâÂ?Â?ve all been there !!
The money was taken out of my account immediately. I didnâÂ?Â?t know about the Florida law and had not seen this blog site at that time. We went away for the summer, then after seeing newspaper reports and all your messages I became really worried. I cannot afford to loose £498 on this scam.
I telephoned the credit card people who are now looking into it and also Amerisuites to ask about a reservation for rooms in May 2006. I was told that I could not go unless I was accompanied by my husband or partner!
The free cruise was not freeâÂ?¦Port charges US$398 for 2 people and US$197 per person after that. What a scam I hate being taken for a ride.
I will take your advice to contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, as we all should and stick together on this.
So now I will wait for some progress from the credit card company and I hope I get my money back.
By the way Has anyone taken this holiday yet ? I havenâÂ?Â?t seen or heard of anyone to date.

I was told I won a prize package to Calypso Cay Resort Florida, that I had to give my credit card details before processing or confirmation.
I rang the resort who had not heard of these gentlemen.
I've written to the resort with details and waiting a response - be cautious!

Mongrels who give you a 'close window' option which in fact is a link to their site and no way to get the bloody ad out of the middle of the screen
