They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, so if you like your own money, please stay away.
I had a current account, there were obvious fraudulent transactions and they refused to reimburse it until I took them to court.
still, there was:
-no apology
-they lied and did not apologise
-they pretend it's not their fault
You can't talk to anyone with authority, you get letters (if you're lucky) from people who you can't talk to. It's just so embarassing that I'd rather bang my head against the wall than talk to them!!
