printcartridgedirect.com seem ok to me. i have ordered several times and the ink cartridges arrived next day apart from once when i had to collect them from the sorting office.
It seems this outfit is trying to improve as I note there have been no complaints logged here since last year and an envelope containing 7/8 of my order for two sets of four cartridges for my Canon MX700 printer arrived 1st Class the next day (note though not by Signed For delivery and the postman left them on my doorstep instead of taking them back to the sorting office and leaving a card as he should have done).
So I emailed customer service a month ago the same day but no reply and no missing cartidge so I called them on their ordinary rate phone number and the guy who answered (Alan I think) said this was down to customer services and I needed to call the 0844 number. I complained about it being covert premium rate and he said it was local rate and I told him he was committing a criminal offence under Part III of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 to make such a claim. He then said he would ask customer services to send me the missing cartridge but what is the betting it never arrives................
However the company does now seem to reliably answer phone calls on its sales number so perhaps some lessons have been learned there. I don't know about customer services as I refuse to call any 0844 numbers.
