I have an old classic bike, from the late 70s, and Bill Bunn have looked after it since I bought it two years ago. They also helped me with an insurance problem with a previous classic bike where my insurance company left me in a stalemate, by giving an accurate engineer's report on the post-accident condition of my bike. My current bike had had a botched re-bore some time in the past, and Bill Bunn managed to sort the problem out at minimal expense, at the same time correcting and improving various engine components/performance whilst they had the engine apart (without charging extra). Above all the labour charges were very low and the bike came back in as-new condition. Can't recommend them highly enough!
collected my bike two days ago it was in for service and mot,it failed on brakes,rear tyre and notchy steering bearings.they replaced all brake pads,tyre and adjusted the steering bearings saving me money.well happy,feels like a new bike.
I have taken 2 scooters and a motorbike for servicing and repair work to Bill Bunns, every time i have always been pleased and have always recomended their services to other motorbike/scooter users. Yesterday morning i had my brake pads changed from them, (Suzuki AN 400) as usual i received a friendly and reliable service and costs me less than half of what I was quoted at the main dealer. I don't know how anyone can say anything bad about this company as everyone else i know has always been happy with their services. If they have been running for such a long time, then they must be doing something good!
I’ve been using bill bunn for the last year and a half now & i've always received and extremely good service. It’s one of the few places in London where i can get the bike back the same day or within a few hours. The staff are friendly, have a good knowledge on all makes, models & go out of their way to help you. I called into another Honda garage thinking there was a problem with my brakes as when pulling my back brake lever i was getting a large amount of play in the front lever, i was charged an hours labour only to be given some nonsense about the brake pistons heating up etc etc. A quick check from bill bunns i was simply told you bike has duel braking nothing to worry about! It’s the little things at bill bunn that make a difference for me like when I had a bolt missing from my exhaust, I put the bike in for a service and didn’t think to tell them, on collecting the bike the bolt had been replaced and no sign of a charge on my bill! Things like that make me feel my bike a real service not just a once over.
Had my bike serviced there, it was fairly cheap but i found out to my cost later why! The oil cap had not been replaced properly and came loose and fell off while i was riding. oil was spilling everywhere over my bike and clothes, luckily i was riding in slow traffic at the time! I will never go there again
I heard about Bill Bunns through a friend and decided to try them out as i wasn't happy with where i had been before. Im very suprised at the comments on here as i found them to be nothing but helpful, honest and through.....They could have taken me for a ride as im quite new to the biking world but in actual fact they saved me money and the parts man was more than happy to go though my constant questions...
I would defentaly recommend this company to other people, very happy will be a regular.
this time my scooter needed a service and mot and a pair of tyres,bill bunns fixed it in one day including minor adjustments and charged me in total £210. very happy
everything a proper bike shop should be .very helpful staff willing to go the extra mile on work done.always wiling to give advice on problems.i will be a regular .
