I purchased a three piece off levines tysley and it was faulty, was told when i purchased it it was leather but then found out it wasnt. They replaced the three piece with a three two and a puff and the puff doesnt match, they damaged my new front door and left large holes in my hall wall and am still waiting for a replacement puff over four weeks after. They are good whilst taking your money but after sales is the terrible. Phillip doesnt return phone calls and changes his story each week, the staff are rude and the "dont care attitude is a disgrace" my family have used Levines for many years my brother has since cancelled his purchase off levines because they way thay have treated me. Am not getting anywhere with this company my only avenue is court. Would never never buy anything off this company again. Am going to name and shame this company on every web site I can find. Have reported them to trading standards and my Insurance company are now involved as I have legal cover up to £50,0000.
Yeh totally agree there all freindly wen there taking your money, but ordered a double bed they completely delivered the wrong item guess wat waited for the second delivery and it was the same wrong bed they delivered. told the delivery man he said sorry nothing much we can do, tried phoning the shop not answering so have to personally go into the bearwood branch, i wouldnt recommend unless youve got a spare bed to sleep on.
They're fine by me. Bought a wardrobe and drawers. Was a week late on delivery - they disounted another item and reassembley for the inconnviennience. They spent a good three hours putting it together. Good job done. As a result of their good service I am now in the process of buying a two and three seater from them tomorrow.
