I subscribed to "Funny Bones" and by December was dissatisfied with the quality of the items - nothing slotted together or stayed together. I phoned to cancel the subscription and was told to return the issues I had and I would receive a refund. The parts were returned in December 2005 at a cost of £7.20 as I was not told that the issues could be returned using Freepost. Since December, I have sent regular e-mails to the customer services depoartment. I was told to send proof of postage (which I have done twice). It is now May 2006 and I am being told that I will be sent out issues 1 to 15 once again. In December, I cancelled my subscription and was told I could expect a refund. I am still writing backwards and forwards to get my refund and now to stop being sent the issues once again.
