i hav had nothing but trouble with this company,they charged me for items i had not recieved,and it took months and endless phone calls and emails to get it fixed out,their customer service is non existant,they are not interested,as for the courier service,it is shocking,i ordered flowers for my mother which came 6 days later than the delivery date,they died 2 days later,and i have spent 4 whole days waiting on the courier to collect items i am trying to return,he just doesn`t bother to show up,as if i have nothing better to do with my days,all you get is "am sorry to hear your having trouble"i would recommend you don`t use this company.
Having been a good customer of Next plc since 1996, I was shocked to receive a letter yesterday refusing my recent order. Apparently they have reviewed my account in line with "responsible lending" and have decided to reduce my credit limit from £2800 to £121.00!
I called them today and calmly told them not to send me anymore catalogues as I would not be purchasing from the company again and neither would my family. If this is their way of rewarding customer loyalty then I don’t want to have anything more to do with them.
