Never order from this site!!!!! 2 months ago I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They haven't arrived yet and I have no idea when or even if I will get them. Needless to say that they've taken the money and are not answering my emails and the phone number is not working. I wish I've found this blagger.com earlier.
I made the mistake of ordering shoes from this company without doing the research. I have emailed them about the status of my order but no reply after three attempts. This is really making me feel un at ease. I wish I had gone with another company. I find it strange that they do not have a phone number or email or any other guarenteed method of contacting. you can't follow your order online and they do not inform you if your items are posted or not. This is clearly not a professsional company. I also saw an article related to them being sued and penalised by the German Government for not comlpying to rules and regulations. Agghhhh I wish there was a way to cancel the order :(
