Apologies for the spelling in previous post. I have now had an email from them telling me they are not willing to answer any more emails and regarding my request for cca agreement, they say I should do as I see fit.
No sign of return label for faulty product yet. But they still want to charge a fee of 12.oo when I was only doing what they instructed waiting for accurate bill and to hear about faulty goods in the first place. Sorry if this sounds mean, but I notice this company are making alot of staff redundant, could this be why they are not interested in helping the customer in the first place.
Poor customer services, tell you one thing and do another. When querying why actions they tell you they will do and dont do, they turn around and say well we wouldnt have said that.
Add charges whilst account in dispute and seem in my opinion to blame the customer, have no idea of customer services. If you wish to lose your quiff of hair then by all means use them, though those with high blood pressure should avoid like the plague. They should put a warning on their site being the customer is always wrong according to customer services grattan.
Handy if you like me recorded your conversations with them, very very handy.....
