We've been needing a large dining room set for quite some time because the one we had was too small to fit our whole family. I finally decided I would purchase one before the holidays, even if it was something I might struggle to pay for, so that my family could eat together for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Luckily for me, I went into Bel and found a lovely set that was much more affordable than I had ever imagined, especially with the wonderful sale they had going on at the time. I want to thank Bel Furniture for offering such affordable pricing and for helping me bring my family closer together this holiday season.

The New Year’s sale was amazing! I thought the prices might be too good to be true, but I was so excited to see Bel deliver in a big way. I found what I went for and then some — and got a great deal on everything.

This is the WORST place ever to buy furniture at! First of all, it took us over a month to get our couch after we were told it would only take two weeks at the most. Second, when we finally did get it, it was torn so we then had to wait longer to get if fixed. Third, we only had our couch for four months when the stitching was coming undone. They came to fix it finally after arguing with the doe manager but soon after that, out came undone again! Again they came to fix it. But of course it came unstiched once again. I called the destribution center where the costumer service lady was very rude and told me that couches were not to be layed on.which I replied, thats like telling me a bed is not to be sat on! Hate this company and if the price is too good to be true then there has to be something wrong with the service/items. Research before you buy something and stay away from bel furniture!

First let me say there are a lot of reputable furniture companies in the business and this is not one of them. Please don't take my word for it they have an F rating with the BBB. Now to my complaint, we thought we were buying a bedroom set at the I-45 Houston location. They had a "six piece set" for $799.00. We were shown a bedroom set by a saleslady. My wife and I both asked a lot of questions, the salesperson repeatedly told us we were buying "everything you see here" which was a full size bed, a night stand, dresser and a chest". We asked more than one time we were told the same. We were told it would be fifteen days. If you like back order slips you will certainly like this company. I started calling after 15-20 days and was told they did not know when it would arrive, after more than a month and calling about every other day they said it was at the warehouse. Not one time did I ever receive a call from this company. When I got there to pick up my furniture they said it had not all come in that it was missing a piece. When I loaded up what they had I told them it was missing two pieces the night stand and the chest. They said no you did not buy a chest that was a separate purchase. I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this and was told someone would call me on Monday(they did not). The warehose said they would deliver the nightstand then the office said they would not. The BBB has warned them about past advertising but they continue to adverise bedroom sets at low prices but read the really fine print they want to sell you a bed and two night stands as a "bedroom set". My opinion it will only be a matter of time before they are in serious trouble for what they are doing. Find a reputable company and pass on this one.
