When I first put through my order i had my reservations..but i was proved wrong by Double8. I bought tickets for myself and husband for Reading festival. They arrived in time and a girl from the office called me to let me no they were being sent and to be in for a signed delivery! I will be using them again and telling my friends to do the same! thanks double8

I placed an order for Neil Diamond with Double8.
I received GREAT customer service from them and spoke to a very helpful girl who talked me through the different options I could go for. My tickets were sent to me in plenty of time for the concert and even got a phone call from a member of staff telling me that my tickets were being sent out and to be in for a signed delivery!!
My seats had a fab view and my husband and me enjoyed every minute of this very special concert for us. I will be using this site again and telling my friends about them.

My only hope is that Neil Diamond plays again soon!

Excellent service. I secured great tickets at a great good price for the John Barry concert at the Royal Albert Hall the day before the event which was sold out! They called me twice and sent a text to confirm collection and they were friendly, efficient and professional.

I have now emialed this company several times but as to date I have been ignored. The local post office have admitted that they misplaced the tickets but Double8 can't be bothered to put a claim through the system so that I can get my money back

I bought tickets which have not arrived. They have been lost in the post. I contacted Double8 who basically told me tough luck. They can't re-issue tickets, this I gather is down to the fact that don't even know what the ticket numbers are. I have paid £138 and got ripped off. I have a hotel booked and a very upset neice who has now had her birthday treat ruined. I realise that Double8 didn't lose the tickets but their aftersales service and attitude is rubbish

Definitely one to avoid as the tickets they sold me for the Reading Festival were completely fake and I was refused entry and had to be escorted to the police. Just google them you will find lots of negative reviews including newspapers reports and even watchdog

In response to 'asdaman's comment Double8tickets.com pretending to be members of the ASTA.

Firstly, it's called the Association of Secondary Ticket Agents abbreviated as ASTA not ASDA.

Secondly, I work for Double8tickets.com and can confirm we are members of ASTA. We are searchable on http://www.asta-uk.org/asta_members.php

In response to doolittle's comment regarding Reading Festival tickets. On the 17th August, you posted a comment saying you did not receive your Reading tickets but the event is not until Friday 28th. The promoters do not print the tickets for Reading Festival until 2 weeks before the event. If you read our Terms & Conditions it does state that tickets are sent within 1-2 weeks of the event. We have sent ALL tickets out for the event so the information you have provided is incorrect and misleading.

They are nothing but rude obnoxious touts who have no tickets in the first place and just buy them all on ebay at the last minute or just let the people down if they are too expensive

 kathy123 at 24th Aug 2009, 08:20PM
Never received my Reading Festival tickets nor a refund nor an apology or any kind of explanation for the enormous delays even though I bought and paid in full several months ago

I ordered 3 U2 tickets for Croke Park and they arrived within a couple of days after I ordered them . They were good tickets, exactly as I ordered and I had no problems with them. I was very nervous (!) after reading this site and the problems people are having with Double8 tickets, however, I can report that my purchasing experience with Double 8 tickets was 100% and hassle free.

My U2 tickets for Wembley have not arrived yet and the concert is in 2 weeks time. What do I do? Anyone had similar experiences?

Terrible - I was left out of pocket and without any tickets for T in the Park last week and now these people are already selling tickets for next year when the tickets are not even printed yet - terrible

Never use this company. Completely lied about quality of the seats I paid a fortune for! I was told seats were amongst VIP and record label guests. I was in second last row! Disgrace. When i complained i was told that because i had not complained before the concert they could do nothing. Superviser was very rude and not interested. She had cheek to tell me i was in VIP area even though people were using binoclurs in my row, I was so angry that they could get away with this! They will promise the world but i guarantee you will end up disappointed. No matter how desperate you are for tickets never use this company!

I was fooled and taken in by this website. I decided to purchase beyonce tickets, since it was sold out I decided to use this website because it was working out a little cheaper than seatwave. Little did I know it was because this company are complete cowboys by the sounds of things. After reading their website and seeing their blurb about "avoiding fake websites" and that they have an address, I decided to go ahead and order 2 beyonce tickets, to the tune of over £200.

By the sounds of things I will recieve nothing. I can't risk it as I live in edinburgh and would be travelling to london for the concert so will have to go ahead and book tickets elsewhere and wait and see if these turn up or not before I can demand a refund from my bank, since these idiots say there is no refund avalible.

HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM? I feel so angry.

Me and My Partner paid 125 pounds each for vip tickets in the block near the stage for new kids on the block on January the 24th we were told we would get them a week before the event but they turned up in the last week of december 08 i would deffinately use this company again for future tickets.
