Failure to deliver for Xmas and to their own deadlines.
Having ordered >£500 of computer components, the money was taken from my credit card registered with PayPal. At time of order all items in stock. Immediately after, hard drive not in stock to be told a few days later would become in stock and ready for delivery on 15th Dec with the rest of the order as it is to all be sent together. Seemed ok, but today (18th Dec) told that stock manager has just updated the position and could you believe this, not only is the hard drive not in, but 2 other components are now out of stock. "Sorry sir, until all items are in stock we can not complete the order and we cannot reserve any part until we have payment".
The payment was with Paypal! A never ending cycle.
Manager would not take call. an insincere apology is all that was offerred.
So Ebuyer lose an order and Son goes without for Xmas.
Many thanks Ebuyer!
No more business from us.

Total disaster area
2005 - eBuyer sent a German version of a very expensive and complex device with German instructions. EBuyer closed the complaint after a few days with no action. After 43 days Ebuyer suggested I download and print the 180 page double sided manual. 4 years later, a dozen further comments fall on their deaf (uninterested?) ears and no shift in this position - Doh(1)!
2005 paid for expensive premium delivery but it didn't arrive until after slow delivery. No refund of premium delivery cost but offer of a voucher to get free premium delivery SHOULD I ever buy again! What? Should I give a downpayment on future business because they failed? Trouble was I was leaving for Africa the next day... no camera. Doh(2)!
2009 took a while to go back there. Things might have changed? Ordered a wifi photo frame for my mother's 70th birthday - they sent a used one! Chargin me for a new one of course. That's ok, I can return it they say - Not fine of course, we can't rearrange the birthday party can we? And should I ask the 70 year old lady to set it up themselves? Doh(3)!
I would have set the new problem up as one of their eNotes but I'm only allowed two open at once! I'd love it if they could just solve one in 4 years.
Obviously I can't buy anything there again as there won't be the capacity for another issue to be recorded.
