These people may be reliable for local sales but they certainly aren't for overseas. I was sold two items that customs prohibited the importation of. I was unaware of prohibitions but surely professionals in the field weren't. I guess I relied on Entirley Pets being honourable and efficient. Customs returned my purchases - unopened - to Entirley Pets at further cost to me and I am still asking for the refund a year later. I am $140 US out of pocket for trusting these people. Not good business.
