For the second time in less than a year my flights have been changed completely by the company. The first time the only flight was a day earlier, neccessitating taking leave from work and booking an extra hotel night. This time the times have been changed from the evening (chosen due to work commitments) to the morning - again very inconvenient.
But what is galling is the completely unrepentant attitude of the company. It is "take it or leave it" with no explanation or apology offered. Speaking to them just makes the blood boil.
Interestingly there is no way of leaving feedback or registering a complaint on line - you have to write a letter or phone them......
Unfortunately they fly from regional airports and seem convenient but I will try to give them a wide berth in future!
