I haven't used this company but Makeupworld, how do you know Loopy Lou hasn't purchased anything? Their details on here are private! It's all very well saying that their comments are untrue but you can't make a statement like that. I would suggest that rather than getting into a slagging match why don't you offer to deal with their issues privately? It doesn't make you look very professional, just being cheap isn't a good enough reason to use your service.
