Where do I start? Went to get a car with my mother who is 68yrs old by the way, as her old one (incidently bought from carcraft, which in fairness has lasted 16 yrs) had expired, she wanted to go back there (against my better judgement) to get one.She can only drive an Automatic and wanted a fiesta. She was then pressurised into buying a semi automatic, which I queried at the time and was told "its the same as a standard one" to cut a very long story short my mother cannot drive this vehicle, when contacting carcraft regarding this and asked if the could exchange this vehicle, have been told it wasn't a problem, that was three weeks ago!!! They don't return calls, when you ring them the fob you off, and their complaints department is a joke. Has anyone got any ideas, I'm thinking on the lines of "fit for purpose" or am I just wasting my time. this is a truley aweful company to deal with.
