I due to my phone line being what is described as slammed due to nature of it going down without my permission due to actions of company sky even though they tell me it is not technically slamming (what would they call it then another provider called it that), lost my broadband.

I as use it a lot due to not going out a lot due to disability, needed a solution asap as line going to take some time to fix.

Went into t mobile who checked my post code and I honestly said how thick I was when came to such purchases and he happily explained it, asked what I needed it for and how to use it, simples.

Got it home and after some small niggles which I believe were my computer not the dongle it went from slow speed to brilliant once niggles sorted.

I have been using it for quite a lot of hours this week and noticed the speed actually is increasing. I do have an issue with the speed of downloads and actually soon came to the conlusion to give up on the idea of using it for that, but for surging and general internet use it passes with flying colors.

It was reaasonably priced which is good news for the slamming company as they are going to have to refund me the cost :) xx

I rang to cancel my mobile broadband, which was agreed was out of contract. I was then persuaded to move my other phone from PAYG to a £5 a month tariff. What has happenned is the mobile broadband has been put on the £5 voice tariff, with a new minimum term of 2 years, and the PAYG number has been left as it was. Since then speaking to a local phoneshop, they have said that there is a 30 day rolling contract that I should have been offered, plus also some of the calling and payment data I was given was incorrect, so I am actually better off on PAYG.
So far every attempt to rectify the situation has resulted in me being told taht the frauds divisuiopn of T-Mobile are dealling and that they will call me, on the broadband number which doesnt have a phone on it ! No One will listen to me.
