I recently cancelled my contract with 3, simply because, at the moment, I can get a much better deal elsewhere. A few odd service problems, but no more than I've had with others in different areas.
My gripe is with the process of cancelling, and getting a PAC to take my number with me. The retention team were over-zealous to the point of not listening to anything I was saying, and I eventually (after 20 minutes on my second call) had to tell them to shut up and give me a PAC.
