Fantasic service helpfull and freindly would definatly recomend to freinds and family currently on a debt managment plan and quite suprised at some of the negative reviews about this compay. I would definatly give them top marks for there service.
I was with Harrington Brooks on debt management from 2005 to 2008, now I'm in the 3rd year of an IVA with them. I've had health problems and they were able to reduce my payments further for at least 6 months.
Myself and my husband have just signed up with this company and i have only as yet paid the admin charge. After reading the feed back and having some doubts myself i think i am going to look else were for help! I am so glad i found this site!

I've dealt with this company for about 5 years now, they first dealt with all my debts and got me out of a right sticky patch i was going through, thats all finished now and they are now just helping me improve my credit file or score whatever you call it.
They have just got me a loan and im paying it back direct to the lender, No more debt management Yeah!! back on my feet
and i also got a phone call the other week about switching my gas and electric, im going ahead with that aswell
Ive dealt with this company for many many years and they are still trying to help me save money and improve things to this day, glad i paid them a fee ive got my moneys worth thats all i can say. To the person above, id say to you that your obviously in a mess with your debts, thank yourself lucky that harrington want to help you, you could keep going at it alone and probably never sorting it out, its your mess thier trying to tidy up
Hope this helps anyone and if you want to know anything else, just ask, lots of my friends have also gone with this company and all say the same thing?? def thumbs up!!
Wow... I have just finished reading this article and was shocked with how negative it was, so I felt compelled to write a follow up...
Personally I found that Harrington Brooks offered a fantastic service - they have been there throughout my debt management plan to answer any questions that I have and I don't have to speak to my creditors anymore as they do that for me - Another bonus.
I realise that I pay for this service, but then again, most debt management companies do charge. I do feel as though it is value for money though - I got a call recently from them about utility switching so should hopefully be able to save some ££s!
I would really recommend this company to friends and family who are in the same position as I was with lots of debt that you cannot afford.
