i have spent hundreds of pounds in the last year on hi-fi, various kitchen appliances, curtains, bedding etc. i purchasd a pink mobile phone for my 11 yr old daughters birthday in march and it was faulty. she was very upset and i bought her a similar one from argos. i sent the faulty phone back to bidtv and i still haven`t been refunded the amount of the phone and the postage. i have e-mailed them about 20 times and they asked me to phone their 0870 number. i refuse to pay for phone calls at the premium cost; just want my money back. to date nothing has happened. i will not be shopping here any more. idealworld.com look a better option.
