I would like to inform people about the poor customer service from Pixmania. I ordered a laptop and chose to add the bundled laptop bag and wireless mouse offered with the laptop. The price was good. The problem came when the laptop bag was out of stock although not according to the website at the time of ordering. They couldn't deal with part shipping the items in stock? Worse of all the only way to contact them was via email that took 24hrs to reply to questions I had not asked! I asked for a refund and they didn't even bother to inform me they had refunded the money until 36 hours after the event. A totally unsatisfactory experience and not worth the stress and 6 working days lost without the required laptop. Pay a few £'s more for a responsible trader with good customer service!
