Totally appalling customer service. Have been waiting for a phone exchange for a faulty phone. Have made a total of 7 calls to the company. Waited in all day on Wednesday and phone never arrived. Waited for a call back from a manager - it never came. Have waited in again today (Saturday) and phone still never arrived. Phoned customer services (again - twice - cut off the first time after waiting fifteen minutes - waited a further 10 minutes to be connected the second time). Now told phone may arrive some day next week but they don't know when so presumably I am supposed to wait in every day until they deign to replace their faulty equipment. At this moment I am paying for a service I am not getting. Have been a customer for years but at the end of this contract I shall not be one any more. Customer service? - they have to be joking! Get your act together Virgin. Have never experienced such a shambles in my life. If I worked as inefficiently as this I would be out of business.

My wife ordered a new phone and it was sent to the wrong address. Simple mistake. Fair enough.
I ordered a new phone and AGAIN it was sent to the wrong address. Not only that, but it was delivered on the wrong day!
As far as I am concerned, that is their 3 strikes and they are now out!
