The previous blag was supposed to appear under the co operative store nationwide heading not bank so please disregard blag as bank should be store. I will update the blag on the correct heading, thanks.

We have had problems with this store before, Netherfield, milton keynes.

First occassion a mistake was made with change involving a note, I suggested they shut down the till an check and it could be easily resolved. They said no that it would not be shut down and checked at end of day. I said if they made another error it could make matters worse up or down, so I rang head office. After head office informed the till was shut down, error found and put straight, problem solved, but attitude of store staff, stunk.

Today two children were stopped after just going through the entrance of the doors and told you have to go outside, we think you may have just stolen something. They had to apparantly talk to woman and found themselves stating innocence as in they wouldnt do that and after a few minutes were allowed in.

Came home, told me and I again rang head office. Why stop a child at entrance and say such a thing when not even been in the store? Why and I have just found out after thinking maybe a lot of kiddies were in the store and that being the explanation, after being told not a lot of kids were there, was she stopped in the first place, stinks to me.

If they think a child may have stolen something, then why not call the police or involve parents to cut down need for stopping innocent kids in the first place and at least the police deal with the matter properly, not the stupid fashion of ill trained staff.

Look I am not stupid, some kids do steal, but not mine and she goes in there everyday with her 1.oo and in the evening with a list from me for abobut 10.00 worth.

I think the problem is the way the staff in this store are trained and the attitude of the manager, a law unto themselves that I would like to think does not represent all of their stores.

Rang their head office and waiting to see if they will aplologise to the children. We will see, but in the meantime we will not use them again and use the asda down the road. Staff behaviour puttng us off using them.
