My partner and I had endless problems too
They were late for everything, no apologies, only excuses such as "I have a teething baby and my wife is in depression" or "the advisor we first sent was inexperienced"
They sent agressive letters asking for payment because they always forgot their card machines when they came over and made us believe they tried to reach us and we gave no answer, although we had evidence they didn't try to call us. In the end, they sent us a threatening letter of ultimate reminder before court action. Despite our complaints, they didn't offer any discount.
I would recommend to blacklist that company, because they couldn't care less about customers' satisfaction and meeting agreed deadlines. I hope they go under soon
