My trampoline arrived yesterday, unannounced but with all the relevant parts, and we erected it successfully in the garden. I have suggested that the company improve their customer services by providing a more realistic delivery date (not'next day' as on their website)and responding to phone calls. I am relieved that my product has arrived - two weeks from receipt of order and payment (not unreasonable had I been informed).

I ordered a trampoline two weeks ago and it has not arrived yet despite the company's next day delivery promise on their website. I have not been able to speak to anyone on the phone as everytime I call there is a recorded message stating that all their operators are busy. I have received an email informing me that the product has been despatched, but the courier informs me that they have no record of collection. I wish I had checked them out on this website first! I will keep you posted of my progress.

I placed an order with this company on 6 May 2010 and am still waiting for notificaiton of delivery even though next day delivery is promised on their website. I have tried to phone but no one picks up my calls. I have just sent an email and hope for a response. I wish I had visited this website before placing my order! I will keep you posted on my progress with this order.

I purchased a trampoline from this company in 2008. A portion of the frame broke within the first 12 months. As it was still under guarantee, I contacted onlinetoysdirect and asked for a replacement part. 4 months later and despite numerous emails and telephone calls I have still not received the replacement part or a refund. They do not answer the phone, emails are not returned and they do not write back. The level of customer service is quite simply apalling and I would not buy from this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
